Terms & Conditions: All sales are final. Tires to be considered for "off-road" use only, on all tires, not limited to A/T tires. PARTS FROM JAPAN ONLY (excludes merch/shirts/etc. see product shipping details for more info) Surface or economy shipping is usually 30-90 days to North America. Air freight can be arranged in 10-15 business days. SushiCars Inc is not responsible in anyway for customer fitment issues or local compliance with any governing or regulatory bodies. We strongly encourage all customers to ask as many questions as needed until completely satisfied the product will match the customer's needs. Optional insurance, import tax/duty or other fees charged after the sale, for example, during transit, are the sole responsibility of the customer. SushiCars will take all reasonable measures to ensure a positive customer experience and deliver the customer order(s) in good condition. Any damages from transit must be documented at the time of acceptance/delivery or claims cannot be processed. Customer must note damages on BOL with signature from the courier for damages to be considered claimable. Any & all refunds will be on the full amount paid of the goods purchased. Services and Insurance cannot be refunded once purchased or completed.

Deposit: SushiCars may accept a deposit (50% or more unless otherwise specified) to bring items in to our Japan, USA or Canadian offices, and hold for pickup or to redirect. Please inquire to info@sushicars.com for more details.

Delivery to customer: SushiCars can provide direct deliver to the customer if 100% of the purchase price is paid in advance of shipment. Customer shall note and agree to the terms and conditions and accept responsibility of the goods at time of shipping. Optional Insurance Available. Please see T&C for more details.
