If you are unsure or reading a document in Japanese and need help, attach that document and a link if possible to the email you send.
 
Due to translation requirements, and collecting information from various sources, VIN checks can take as long as 3 business days, but usually run in 24 hours as long as all information is provided in a timely manner. 
 
As this is a service, once the information gathering has started we cannot issue a refund.
 
Vehicles with no or limited history will be reported as such, some vehicles, such as farm equipment may not have notable records or any title information available. Please ensure, where possible, this is a consumer/normal use vehcile prior to checking-out and submitting payment. Usually a vehicle without notable history is a sign of minimal use, which is normal on cars with lower milage and common in Japan.
